Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for planned work like bathroom installs are free. For repairs, the diagnostic visit is a flat fee, which is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured, and every job is covered by our workmanship warranty. Details are on every quote in plain language.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Call us. If it's our work, we come back and make it right at no charge — that's the whole point of the warranty.
