Wood-fired kitchen · Est. concept

Fire-kissed seasonal cooking, served simply.

A neighbourhood kitchen built around the wood oven — a short menu that changes with the seasons, natural wines, and a room that feels like an exhale.

Cooked over fire, guided by the seasons

Ember & Oak began with a simple idea: one wood oven, a handful of ingredients at their peak, and nowhere to hide. Our menu is short on purpose — everything on it earned its place.

We buy from the same farms every week, bake our bread every morning, and change the menu when the seasons tell us to, not when the calendar does.

“

The kind of place where the menu is one page, the bread arrives warm, and you end up staying for dessert.
